You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

GYMHQ services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of GYMHQ shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of GYMHQ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
